Serving the general aviation and experimental aircraft community in the Greater-Cincinnati area. Ohio Avionics is a certified FAA Part 145 Avionics Repair Station based at Butler County Regional Airport, Hogan Field (KHAO).

Ohio Avionics provides:
• Transponder certification (required biennially)
• IFR certification (required biennially)
• ADS-B system add-on installation, troubleshooting and testing
• Pitot-static system leak testing (check out the AviTool leak detection kit so you can do this yourself)
• ELT checks, both 121.5 & 406 mhz (required anually)
• Instrument panel and pitot-static system troubleshooting
• Instrument & radio replacement & upgrades
• Antenna system upgrades and repairs
• Instrument panel upgrades and “glass” panel installs
• Compass & magnetometer calibration

Our transponder and IFR certification service is mobile and can be provided anywhere within the region.
This service is also available on an emergency basis, on holidays and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
